Inorder to get started with the participant selection, we will require the following three things from you.
Host Organization Request Form (HORF) -This is a one page form requesting information such as: Company name; company address, contact person information and others.
Position Description Form-This position description will help us better understand your needs while performing the search for a matching candidate. The information needed includes: Position name; knowledge and skills required; duties and responsibilities involved in the position.
Workman's Compensation Insurance Policy copy - Another requirement by the U.S. Department of State is a copy of the page of your WCP which includes the company's name, the policy number and the expiration date.
